Hair Transplant Cost?

What is the average cost a hair transplant consisting of 2500 grafts?
I've had two consultations, both with IAHRS doctors but was quoted two different prices. I'm trying to get the most value for my money, but was curious to know the average cost. Do these doctors negotiate the price of a hair transplant if you're a little short on cash?
