Been worried for a while but I'm not sure if it's just in my head, 21 years old
    Hi,

I'm a 21 year old guy, I've been noticing a lot of hair loss over the last year and I was wondering if I'm losing my hair or it's just a normal amount of hair loss for someone with thick hair like me.

I've taken a set of photos of my hairline and the back of my scalp 10 months apart, though lighting and camera have changed unfortunately.

Also an image of the amount of hair on my pillow this morning https://i.imgur.com/erVzRb2.jpg

I notice maybe 5-15 hairs on my pillow every morning and lose about the same amount in the shower and maybe anywhere from 20-50 through the day.

In terms of family history, my dad is 55 and still has a full head of hair but my maternal grandpa went bald before 30.

Hey shedding is normal, you do not seem to be thinning so I would stop stressing.

Focus on more positive aspects of your life and not stress!

A good way to keep the shedding down is some hair oils and essential oils.

A good shampoo like Regenepure DR/NT will also help.

Losing a hundred or so hairs a day is normal.
