This is an ultra refined result. Very artistic....very natural. The patient and Dr hsve to be very satisfied. Could this have been done without shaving?

Most surgeons producing refined work insist on shaving native hair within the recipient zone.

Sausage, what actually constitutes "dense-packing" is open to interpretation, but this patient's density would definitely count as it.
