Do you use anything else to keep what you have left?

Being totally honest but you don't have much if anything left on top

As long as you have a realistic expectation. They can’t restore your full head of hair. You’ll need to choose between building the front more fully or scattering a thin layer throughout. I prefer focusing on an area and thickening it over a whole head of thin hair personally.

I don't know much about the doctors in Turkey but I know Turkey is becoming the destination for hair transplant patients. So, there must be some really good doctors there but you do need to be careful when trying to find one. I would try to find hair loss forums based in the UK -instead of this site which is in the US- since a lot of UK and EU men are getting their HTs in Turkey while very few men from N. America go to Turkey. You'll probably get more info on Turkey on those sites.
