    30 year best option

Hi, I'm Martin and I'm 30. I buzzed my hair for the first time last year because I was thinning quite a lot on the top and was getting fed up trying to keep what I had. I don't mind the buzzed look but don't want to lose anymore on top. Here are some pictures, any help with what my best options would be would be great.

You can try rogaine for a year and see how that goes. The other option is propecia. You have a good shape for a head so even if you lost it all it would still look good.

You look good with the shaved look. In my opinion if I was you I wouldn't do a thing. But you certainly could try rogaine %5 foam. It seems to work a little on the crown. Propecia works better but I wouldn't use it in your situation, not worth the risk of sides and still a good chance it won't do anything but stop the hairloss. Keep it short if you want to try minoxidil its cheap.

Finasteride 1mg daily and nizoral shampoo 2-3 a week left on for 5 minutes.

        Easy no fuss routine

I agree with the others. You can try Rogaine and/or Finasteride if you want, but fortunately you're able to pull off the buzzed look extremely well and if neither of them work (or you don't want to go the medication route) then I would leave it as is.

I totally agree with everyone else: you wear the shaved head well and don't need to worry about hairloss. If you do want to try and prevent further loss, it might be worth trialing Propecia and/or Rogaine, but I doubt if you'll achieve anything that will make you want to grow your hair out longer.

Wow, thanks for the comments, feel much better now. I'll don't think I will mess with drugs as I don't like the sound of some of the side effects. I'm going to buzz it down to a 0.5, which is a 1.5mm, before my holiday so hopefully it would look good as I think the 2mm is still a bit to long.
