    Follicular Unit Extraction performed by Dr. Feriduni – 3678 FU in 2 procedures

    FUE performed on a 40 year old Caucasian male with:

    - NW II-III Class N
    - Donor density of 88 FU/cm2 in the temporal region and 96 FU/cm2 in the occipital region
    - Hair diameter of ~52-58 µm

    Treatment plan:

    - 1st FUE procedure with 1500 follicular units to reconstruct the hair line and fill in the temporal recessions;
    - 2nd FUE procedure with 1500-2000 follicular units to add density to the hairline, temporal recessions and central core.

    1st procedure (October 10th, 2010):

    A Follicular Unit Extraction with 1544 FU
    * 462 single hair FU
    * 721 double hair FU
    * 361 triple hair FU

    Extraction performed with a 0.9mm FUE punch with CIT Manual Punch Handle. No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts (FUE); Parallel incisions (single, double and triple units) were made in custom-sized blades technique (~Cutting Edge blades of 0.8mm – 0.9mm)

    2nd procedure (December 8th, 2014):

    A Follicular Unit Extraction with 2134 FU
    * 400 single hair FU
    * 1420 double hair FU
    * 314 triple hair FU

    Extraction performed with a 0.85mm FUE punch with CIT Manual Punch Handle. No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts (FUE); Parallel incisions (single, double and triple units) were made in custom-sized blades technique (~Cutting Edge blades of 0.8mm – 0.85mm)
