Greetings,
Here is a patient of mine who received 2258 grafts via FUT primarily to the frontal scalp and mid scalp with a small amount of grafts placed in the crown. The patient had undergone a previous procedure with another physician and his donor hair density and scalp laxity were limited. In addition, the patient has very fine, straight hair, which is less than ideal when trying to achieve the greatest amount of cosmetic density.
Despite these drawbacks, the patient is happy with his results and plans to have an FUE procedure in the future to increase the density throughout.
