    I'm obsessing

I have slight recession but my perception is that it is getting worse everyday. My doctor and almost everyone else says it is not at all noticeable but it has me in a problematic state of mind that affects my day-to-day productivity.

Anyone have any experience with what might be seen as obsessive compulsive disorder on this front?

Yes just about everyone on this forum. I won't go swimming anymore unless it is my own pool and hate windy days. If i have the perception my hair looks like crap i don't even want to go out even though my wife says it looks the same as yesterday.

No one really cares what your hair looks like except you but people like us think we are being judged constantly. Enjoy your life now because in a few years you will look back on your current hairline and say what was i worrying about.

I agree with mrclean. You have to love yourself for who you are. Confidence will follow if you, yourself, have accepted your flaws. I'm telling you man, ladies love guys who are confident in who they regardless of how they look. I know it's easier said than done, but I'm telling you that it's real.

Of course, it's a very bad situation but as for me, I'm trying hard not to give up... I spend a lot of time here on https://www.lesbiedates.com/bisexual-chat.html because these chats helps me to forget about all these problems for some time. I recommend you to think about that variant too guys.

OCD is a lot of BIGGER things and not just being strictly conscious with your hair. https://parkdia.com/faqs/
