Only thinning on the sides? Just A heads up I just got a hair cut not to long ago. It was a semi undercut.
I've had alopecia areata all the time before but it would always grow back. This one seems different since its thinning rather than a perfect circle patch I used to get.
Crown is fine and so is my hair line
But when I pull up my sides in a certain way it looks like this
Here is my hair down these are on the same day just for reference
Should I visit a clinic or go to a derm? My insurance covers doctor visits but not derms
This is so odd to me because from what I seen, Most people who are balding, a lot of them still have their sides and they are usually the last to go.
