A single small picture isn't really enough to tell anything but from what I can see it looks perfectly normal. Easiest way to know for sure is to recreate that photo in a few months and look for any differences (or to just visit a dermatologist).I am a representative for Dr. Sean Behnam in Los Angeles, CA.
