Hello,
I am 28 years old and I started to notice I was balding a year ago. Im a diffuse thinner, NW3 with thinning all over crown and some on sides.
I have currently been on
-Nizoral 1% for two month
-Min for 7 months
-Finasteride for 4.5 months.
I really didn't know I was shedding until I started minoxidle 7 months ago. Ever since then I've noticed shedding, however, 3.5 months into Finasteride up until current day 4.5 months I have been shedding more than I ever have, easily 100 plus healthy thick hairs a day and my dandruff has been the worst its been. This is very frightening seeing that after 3 months on Fin shedding should be decreasing. The most visible thinning is at my crown as well.
So with all that being said I dont know what to do. My derm keeps recommending PRP injections but I feel like it could be a scam since there are no positive feed back forums backing it up.
Should I get PRP?? Need some advice please.
