You should start using a shampoo that contains ketoconazole along with either Minoxidil or Propecia.
Male pattern baldness is caused by a hormone called DHT. Minoxidil doesn't combat that but it increases blood circulation to the hair follicles and may help slightly reverse or even slow down your hair fall.
Propecia is more effective and slows down DHT production, but a lot of people have reported many side effects from it (such as loss of libido, erectile dysfunction, gynaecomastia, depression etc.). Everyone doesn't get them, but whether or not you want to take the risk is up to you.

I'd say the best option aside from these would be to get a hair transplant.
