Is this MPB DPA or DUPA?

Hi there, I accidentally posted in the wrong section.

I wanted to determine what type of hair loss I am experiencing. Is this MPB, DPA or DUPA? I am experiencing diffuse thinning on front top and crown as well as the sides. However the back looks uncomfortable affected.

Would I be a good candidate for a HT? I have been using Toppik which completely conceals the bald spots and thinning. But it's only a short term solution. I have invested in a hair system as well.
