Finasteride and Serm

Hello, im a 18 years old and have male pattern baldness, i want to ask you guys please, i need your help because im in a very bad situation, i have an egg retarded heead shape and very angry to the situation of suicide when i see my hair, i want to use finasteride with and aromatase blocker or a Serm, i dont know which one is better, is it good to use them, i used finasteride but had problems with my breast, and thats due to High estradiol, no sexuel problems, all ii had is puffy nipples and enlargement in breast but went away afte stopping fin, they go back after using fin, so can i use Fianteride with a serm or an aromatase blocke just to reduce E to the normal range not to reduce it totaly. and which one is better for my situation? Please anwer me
