Hey guys. This is my brother's crown.

Now.. on the left (our left) he has a scar from a surgery when he was a child. It's about the size of a small pea. His crown is on (our) right. The scar seems to have created it's own crown so he essentially has 2 crowns.
He combed all the hair forward at the front and all the hair back to the back and this is under the main light in the room. Do you see thinning? Because he mentioned it tonight so we checked and It doesn't seem THIN. But I get what he means.
It's not "thin" ... but I think the scar makes it looks thinnER because of how the hair grows around it. You can probably see the scar in the photo. His hair is thick and wirey and a bit wavy... mines the exact opposite.. but I have more density and always have.
note : also has derm/psoriasis which makes his head red as well as his eyebrows and nape. Again, he's had this for probably 10+ years. He's 28 and his hairline is exactly the same as it was 3 years ago (we checked pictures)
Anyway... advice? opinion?
