New member, will appreciate some advice (pictures added)

Hey guys, 29 year old Dutch male reporting.

I've had thin hair for most of my 20's, but it's only been a short while since I've really noticed my crown going bald (I still have all my hair but it's super thin). My temples are pretty much gone too, but I'm worried more about the crown. I basically wanna ask, can I save my hair without Finasteride/Propecia? I'm currently using Revita shampoo 3 times a week and I take 2 tablets of Foligain every day. I have been for two months. Foligain has the following ingredients:

    Amount Per Serving

    Niacin (as Niacinamide) 40mg
Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCl) 30mg
Folate Triglutamate (as folic acid) 200mcg
    Biotin 1000mcg
Pantothenic Acid (as D-Calcium Pantothenate) 30mg
    Iodine (from Kelp) 150mcg
    Zinc (Gluconate) 15mg
    Copper (Gluconate) 3mg
Ginkgo Biloba Leaf (50:1) extract (24% Ginkgo Flavone glycosides, 6% terpene lactones) 100mg
Saw Palmetto Extract (25% sterols and fatty acids) 320mg
Nettle Leaf (Urtica Dioica) 4:1 Extract 300mg
    Beta-Sitosterol (Vegapure FS) 100mg
    Taurine 100mg
    Jaborandi Leaves (Pilocarpus) 100mg
American Ginseng Root Extract (5% ginsenosides) 50mg

    Other Ingredients:

Calcium Carbonate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid, Ethocel 20 Std Premium, Magnesium Stearate.
Does anyone have experience with this supplement?

I don't want to give up yet and shave off everything. If I have to take Propecia to save the hair I have left and thicken up my crown, I will consider taking it. If you guys think it's too late, please let me know.
