Hey, so I quit propecia after 3 years of taking the drug because I thought it wasn't working and I am trying for a baby.
For 1 month after quitting the shedding completely stopped. After a month it has started again to what it was before starting propecia 3 years ago.
The shedding I got from taking propecia continuously was non stop, I never really thought it did anything.
My idea is to now maybe take propecia until the big shed starts and then drop it again and hope for the 1 month anti shed again? I know that people who take other drugs for other things are constantly using this method. I think doctors call it the self medicated patient. Im guessing somewhere along the line propecia must work because so many people take it. I just wonder what your thoughts are on maybe taking it for 2 weeks and then quitting for a month, I could also change the cycle to find the optimum pattern?
I hope that makes sense. I look forward to your comments, Black Hair Dude
