Walked out of a mall, because I just felt so ugly.

I was scared that someone from high school/college would see me. I literally felt like almost every guy there had a full head of hair or atleast norwood 2 coverage. It is so hard to live in this society!

I've already been laughed at so much.

I want to resolve this hair loss thing, AND I DO NOT KNOW HOW...

I have had an encounter with an old high school girl in the store some time ago. I was met with a look of disdain, then she averted her eyes and pretended I didn't exist. This hairloss thing has made me absolutely abhor going out in public. To say it doesn't affect the way people get along with you is to neglect a large effect of human attraction and liking.

I am not going to lie. If I was going to see some of my old friends from high school, my anxiety would be through the roof because of this hair loss crap.

When people from high school, college, childhood, or the past see me, they just either turn the other way, laugh at me, or just stare at my severe baldness.

That is messed up, but you are still young so I could see how it would be a big deal for some young people. At my age it is more common, but it still sucks because my hair loss has definitely changed my look big time.

Same here. But real life proved me wrong.

Some time ago, I was about to meet again a girl I knew from my school years. We had not seen each other for what, 20 years? We talked on the phone and discussing how to recognize each other was inevitable. I told her that I was completely bald (already NW7), so difficult to miss. She did not seem to care. We met according to the plan and she was kind as always. This baldness crap did not seem to affect her attitude to the least. But there is more. Just at the moment we were about to part, she embraced me tightly with tears in her eyes, her head on my chest, rubbing my back with her hand and saying how much happy she was to see me again after all these years.

That was a really memorable, heartwarming moment.

I'm not going to pretend I know your situation but perhaps try focusing on bettering your life. I used to be the same and you know still sort of vaguely am but since having buzzed it off I sorta shrug my shoulders when people I know see me especially girls because I know I'm balling in life right now and its only going to get better. Its not a big deal, men age like wine and women age like milk, once she hits 22 her sexual currency starts to decrease and yours keeps on going up regardless of a lack of hair. Remember that.

I am inclined to believe you are receiving this response on more than being bald. How many NFL player's are bald? Are you walking around with an unshaven horseshoe or just a matte of messy, patchy hair? Take care of yourself in other areas. Unless you are missing a chunk of your cranium, no one is laughing at a well-groomed bald man.

This guy, pulls off hair loss, like he demanded from God that he be bald(he also has dated uncountable number of models):

If only everyone had such a masculine face that would complement balding in such a way.

Not sure if I follow. I would be interested to hear why you say this since I have the same shape of head, although I don't have the same face of course.

It's funny, I went to the mall this evening, and to my surprise, the vast majority of the people I saw were obese.

I felt much more attractive than them, despite my bald head.

I didn't think it was that bad, but I think Europe is catching up with the US regarding the obesity rate.

I think we have already like 25% of people being overweight in Belgium.

So it was kind of the opposite, I thought to myself "how are all these people not ashamed of themselves?".

Flight, just remember that at least it's not your fault! And even if society is kinder to obese people, they look way more disgusting than bald people to me.

From the way he talks, it feels like he owns his look. Plus, the guy is really handsome. Plus his head is perfectly shaped.

Very interesting you say that. I never once thought obese people had it worse than balding folk.

Wouldn't it be nice if baldness was just the norm, and therefore none of this would matter
