Nizoral Question

Hey there people react differently to everything I can use nizoral every day without a problem and if u are worried about it being to harsh for daily use maybe check out regenepure or lipogaine big 3 shampoo

I like regenpure.

For me it doesn't necessarily kill my hair, but it definitely makes my hair harder to manage the longer it gets. I actually think it's thickening for me, in that it wipes the follicles clean, rather than drying and thinning.

I use it twice a week.

On off days I use non sulfate or whatever shampoo twice a week.

Every day I use a volume conditioner, and the three days I'm not using regenpure or shampoo I only use conditioner.

This system has been working pretty well for me in managing my hair's texture and feel while still getting the keto in there.
