can hair transplants be reversed?

what are the reasons that stop you being able to reverse a transplant?

For example you get 2000 FUE grafts in the hairline and then you progress to a NW7 and it starts to look stupid, why cant you just get those grafts removed by FUE again?

I think that having a good understanding about your personal hair attributes and characteristics, having reasonable expectations and developing a solid approach towards achieving excellent hair restoration results you feel proud to live with....all that "future hair loss" should be factored in and addressed with proper graft placement and medication.
