In Tunisia, a person's declaration of health has to be signed and delivered facing a Public Health Office. The signatory is expected to fill out and sign up for health declaration form that contains detailed advice on private health conditions that require a particular level of attention, expertise and protection. This type was executed in 2021. To be able to obtain health insurance, one needs to obey the rules set by the government such as supplying annual medical check ups, vaccination of children and girls, paying a yearly fee and obtaining registration with a valid passport.
