Dr. Özlem Biçer was born in Istanbul in 1973. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Thrace, Turkey.
Since 1998 she has carried out hair transplant operations. For the past twenty years, Dr. Özlem Biçer has been working in the forefront using the most advanced technologies and remaining faithful to her two cornerstones, i.e. the exclusive priority to patient health and the respect for laws and ethical principles. After practicing the classic FUT method for many years, since 2004 she has specialized in the most modern FUE technique on both sexes.
