I am 32 years old. I was born with great, thick hair. I noticed hair loss after a break up at 23 years of age. Then I tried to hide it with baseball caps which made it worse. Last year I looked like I only had shadow on my forehead so I started to take action to keep what I had and attempt to grow back what I lost. 9 months later it looks much better and people are amazed by my results. I am not amazed but am seeing improvements and want more. I am here to share what I have done and to learn what I don't know to get my hair to the best shape I can.
