Dr Ekrem Civas (MD, MBA, FISHRS) is an Associate Professor of Dermatology. He worked and trained in various local/international institutions in dermatology, hair loss, and hair transplantation from 2003-2007 in Poland, Canada, New York Hair loss center America, Sweden and Spain. He first performed FUT hair transplant surgery (1999-2006), and then with the development of the FUE technology, has continuously improved his expertise in FUE (since 2006). He has by now done over 5000+ hair transplant surgeries. Currently he is pioneering the research on the cosmetic hair restoration for cicatricial alopecia patients through FUE.
