This is Shams (30 Male) having a Male Pattern Baldness (MPB) of more or less likely NW3a. My hair has been receding since I was 22 and continues till 28. Luckily I've no hair loss for last 1.5 yrs (it seems to have stabilized). I ain't into any kind of medications (specially Finasteride) considering the side effects of those. Now I am planning to have my HT done in next month.
