I decided to join this site to be proactive in treating my early stage MPB. After feeling depressed about this condition and dreading imaging myself no longer being a musician, due to looking "past my sell-by date" by industry standards I pulled myself together and asked myself what a famous filmstar or rockstar who has a certain image or look they need to maintain (like slash or Jimmy Page) would do if they were in my situation if they were in their mid 30's.
I realized that the one thing they would do at my age is to not do nothing. They would be proactive. They would learn about legitimate treatments, & take action & get on with life.
