- Hello. I'm Joe. I'm a middle-aged guy who has had success with Propecia, Rogaine, and transplantation. I was never "bald", but when I was younger my hair started to thin. Propecia stopped the hair loss and regrew some hair as well. In addition, I elected to have hair transplantation so I could have full and thick hair, which I have now! I do not regret any of the treatments that I have used to regrow and keep my hair.
