I've barely reached my mid twenties. I began losing my hair about a year and half ago, but my doctor didn't believe me. He told me that is may seem that way to me, basically belittling me. I have continued to lose hair since then. I have tried a lot of things, eating better foods, losing weight, shampoos, conditioners, etc. but I still continue to lose hair. My hair used to be thick and long, now it is thin, more so on one side and brittle. I don't know what to do but I am hoping for answers.
