Occupy LA protesters have reduced in number said Chief Charlie Beck. Law enforcement planned more arrests to completely clear the City hall lawn. On Monday roving, police observed that there were about 150 tents scattered at the City Hall Park. People leaving the camp is a sign that their strategy to evict the protesters was effective.
