I have not started treatment yet, which is one of the reasons I am joining this forum, advice, help and guidance very welcome.
If anyone is offended by my URL can they contact me / or an administrator contact me. I am just a big Karl Pilkington fan, and as I didn't want to use my usual username for anonymity on a balding forum it felt fitting and somehow personal.
