Horse racing in which a jockey riding a two-wheeled sulki, a chariot for one person, drives a horse. Chariot racing in the era of the ancient Greek and Roman empires was not the source, but rather a spiritual progenitor, and modern harness racing began in the mid-to-late 19th century. It is divided into trotting/pace according to the footsteps of the horse.
