NEW YORK (AP) - Buyers returned to the stock market on Tuesday after the hammering of stocks decision last month have made them too cheap to resist.
The Dow Jones industrial average rose 322 points, its best since August 11 when he won 423. The Dow fell nearly 60 points shortly after an earthquake hit the east coast at 1:51 pm, but recovered in 20 minutes and further increased in the last two hours of operation.
