The Indonesia Health Alert Card is required to all travelers within the Indonesian territory to fill out at security checkpoints. The eHAC was created by the Indonesian Ministry of Health. It is used to track CO VID-19 acute cases entering and leaving the country. It is also useful for healthcare workers who work in areas with high risk of contracting measles, influenza, or any other type of chronic viral respiratory infection. These include the Philippines, Sumatra, and Borneo.
