All foreign tourists who want to travel to Tunisia must complete the Tunisia Health Declaration Form. This document is required to help at least prevent the spread of Middle East respiratory Syndrome (or MRS), a deadly disease that has swept through Europe and the Middle East. This form should be electronically signed and printed out. You can also hand it to a Tunisian health authority upon your arrival. It is a good idea to review your health statement before you travel to this North African country.
