A Greece Passenger Locator Form is necessary if you are traveling to Greece and must comply with local route and follow requirements before boarding the plane. The form could be filled out in person or via mail, fax or e-mail. In either case you will be requested to provide proof of your identity, a current picture and a copy of your passport. You will also be asked to announce where you live and any other place that you would like to go to Greece. A PLF is a legal document that demonstrates that you have legally traveled to Greece and got the essential travel documents.
