Quartz tile problem

I've tiled a floor in quartz flooring minneapolis and 6 tiles haven't bonded to the adhesive. I used flexible adhesive cleaned the back of the tile and primed floor before tiling. Can anyone tell me if flexmaster in the adhesive will help please
