I have heard that the site with prices listed in pounds was specially advertised in the internet, which cost them additional money. They probably don't need it anymore, because they are already widely known.

It is a very cheap Kirkland minoxidil. They changed the manufacturer one year ago, though (from Johnson/Johnson in Canada to Perrigo in Israel). They should finally edit the photo on their website, because the bottles now look differently. So don't be surprised, when you receive it.
