I believe that if you used minoxidil, you would have some hair regrowth. You may try it.

In addition, you should take some zinc and biotin geometry dash pills.

Get plenty of rest and try to keep your stress levels as low as possible throughout the day.

    Best wishes to you

Also, I barely shed since coming off of fin, habits improved, go to the gym, healthier outlook on life.

Combed my hair forward to try and get the whirl as exposed as possible.

Take some zinc and biotin supplements as well.

Get lots of sleep and keep daily stress down to an absolute minimum!

    All the best

This patch of hair seems to be really weak in guys and in women as well, and once its gone it's really hard to get back.

That patch of hair is pretty much the only part on my whole head which didn't responded to fin or min.

Are you on any treatment at the moment?
Thank you for your response. I was out in the sun and a friend had asked if I was losing hair as the top looked thin. A few years ago someone had also pointed out my crown looked sparse.

I had undergone a huge shed out of nowhere recently and since stopping fin for 3 years, I have not shedded much so was quite surprised.

Currently i'm not on treatment, previously I had tried fin for 4 years which only stopped my sheds but gave me sexual sides which took 3 years to overcome.

Strangely though, I have been practising nofap which has actually increased the thickness of my hair overall.
    (Anecdotal I know)

I agree that the area just ahead seems to be thinning. I will keep an eye on it over the next 3 months and will see if any changes occur.
