Am I going bald? Is this the start or what is going on?

hair thinning / miniature

I have been non stop freaking about my hair. My right temple is fine but the front of my scalp is thinner to me. An inch past the left temple I also notice less hair or something..

I researched some stuff and I was wondering if it was my diet that caused it because I went on a pretty hard crash diet a couple months ago.
