Lack of hair on crown. Thinning or Cowlick?

Hello. I am posting here because I'm not sure and need an answer:

With the picture provided, I wanted to know if this is the start of MPB.

My father and his grandfather do not have MPB. My grandfather has a full head of hair at 70+ years of age, and so does my far in his mid-forties.

MPB doesn't run in my family. At the most, my mother's hair thins sometimes but she doesn't suffer from hair loss either.

My diet can be much better. My scalp is usually itchy and I have a dandruff problem that I am tired of.

I think all of this ties into my thin crown but I'm so unsure. I need help.

is this the result of a cowlick or my poor diet?

This is something that requires an examination of your medical history. Have you taken any action to improve the appearance of the hair in the crown?

I haven't. Now that I have health insurance I can.

      What does this look like?

Clean up your diet first and massage either with dermaroller or micro pen to get circulation going to hair follicles

          Cowlick or Thinning?

I recently have started to become worried about all aspects of myself, my hair mainly. I have natural thin hair from my mothers side and my father, although I never knew until he was in his late thirties, had never had much hair and doesn’t have much now. I am concerned, is this thinning or just a cowlick?

No advice? No sincerity? You just reply something that someone could find detrimental with no help or no advice? You’re not a very good “doc”. The problem is your down- right rudeness and lack of care. I hope you change your ways “[I]doc[I]”
