I'd like to alert you all to a potential scam I may have fell victim to and get some advice or guidance from the community. Recently, I bought a 12 month supply of Kirkland Minoxidil from minoxidil-direct.co.uk (currently down??). The website had the exact same layout and design as minoxidil-direct.com.
At first I was concerned that my shipment may never arrive, since I contacted the website and they gave no response. Nevertheless, my shipment did arrive, and I was happy enough, although resolved to never use their service again.
Now here comes the really dodgy part. After using the first bottle of minoxidil for approximately three days, the foam lost its foam-like properties and became a liquid. It also ran out within about a week. Keep in mind, I am using the correct dosage of half a bottle lid twice per day, and one bottle is supposed to be a months supply.
This is not a problem with storage, because if I open up a new bottle, at first it will produce foam, and then like the previous bottles, it will start to product a watery liquid instead after a few usages.
I'm on my third week of minoxidil use now, and my third bottle. All along this process I have suspected I have been and am being scammed. What do you guys think?
