Looks like it's growing back!? or is it receding?

It certainly is not receding. Those hairs were nonexistent a few months ago. But surely it seems highly unlikely to have that much regrowth.

Maybe I am just freakishly responding well the medication.

Hello community,

Since the age of about 16-17 I started slowly losing hair in the temple region.

I am now 20 years old and have been on finasteride for 4 months. I was hoping to get some advice on what you think about my hair and I am really curious to know what these little black hairs sprouting all over my temples are.
