So when I was 17 I had to take my life's most important exams in my country so with all this stress I went from 80 kg to 60 kg in the final months before the exams. I had a very severe stress that lasted about 2 years and caused me some severe neck pain that is still effecting me to this day. Ofcourse with all of that I faced some severe hair loss from everywhere on my scalp and I had to deal with moderate scalp psoriasis for over a year after that. I was very worried about my hair loss but it seems like it stopped for over 3 months now. I only see like 20 hairs per day and it seems to be much more than that in extreme stress situations. I shaved my head completely to not worry about it anymore because stress really destroyed my health for a long time and went to a doctor to see what was wrong with my hair. He told me that I had something called telogen something. I'm gonna attach a pic to get some second opinions because my stress can never rest and he told me that I have to be relaxed in order for my hair to grow healthier. About my hairline it is the same from the moment I was born till now it starts just above the bones as shown in the pic me and my father have those weird looking hairlines. (I know I have a weird looking skull). But the thickness of my hair how ever has changed I'm pretty sure it used to be thicker on everywhere on my head. Now it seems a little less dense everywhere and I really need some opinions on this is it male pattern baldness or am I just freaking out and will it be in the same thickness before as the doctor said if anyone had this condition please help would be very helpful thanks.
