Abnormal hair patches

Good evening gents,

I am a 24 yo male who is been experiencing weird patches mainly around temple area and smaller ones on the hairline. Below are some pics of current situation. To me it does not seem like a regular receding hair line so, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My father is 55 and although ge is got some thinning, he still has good amount hair and no receding hair line. My maternal grandfather on the other hand he is lost a considerable amount of hair on the front. Same with my maternal uncles. Now that I think about it, I am probably exhibiting early symptoms of the same outcome. Below is a pic of my grandfather couple of yrs ago.
