false claims

This is my very first time here. I'm concerned about people using products that don't work and make false claims. I would like to know the various different treatments either natural or drugs that people have used for their hairloss. I would also like to know opinions on what you feel to stay away from and the reasons why.

My purpose for being here is to help individuals to become more informed on making better decisions on products for hairloss from my perspective and from my experience which is many years in the hairloss industry.
