hair loss & thinning all over body specialy scalp and face

Hi,i am 23 yrs old male with hair loss ad thinning from whole body , visited several doctors but they all prescribe me Fin & mino (which i used it since 15 1/2 yrs old but no result if not worsen it) an in some case supplements but my latest blood test result shown every thing is in range and normal.
finally i thought of inflammation , could it be the cause ? i am really depressed i really need your help
