What is boldy's background? Most members of this forum would not be able to tell a high quality lab from a low quality lab. At least it is FDA approved. I doubt anyone on this forum would able to quantify if the products of the lab are what Nigam said they were. This is a problem all labs will face operating in poorly regulated countries. The regulations in most western countries would provide some safe guards. I am well aware that they are no fail safe either. Dr Nigam is to hair loss community what lotto is to the poor.

I do not know anything about lab equipment. Out of curiosity what equipment does his lab consist of?

well, the lab consists of all equipment to isolate the desired cells, messenchymal + epithelial atleast, culture them, check for critical trichogenic markers such as lef1, alp, versican and posible mutations.


then the next question raises, how to introduce these cells in proper way to induce neogenesis. this part, is still under trial.

Whatever you think about Nigam, you honestly can't deny that he's brought us lots of laughs. The horrendous photos, the amateur photoshops, the slim-on-phone infomercials, or the kitchen he claimed was a hair multiplication lab. He's brought me to tears at times.

And no, I haven't seen the results from his 3d technique yet. He always tells us he has something new. So you could ALWAYS use that argument "but you havent seen the results of his new technique yet". While the reality is that nothing he has done so far worked, while he's pretending it DOES work and sells it for good money, which makes him a charlatan. Ok, you disagree on that but for some reason you're not on that plane and you don't want to tell us why.

The same as you accuse Dr. Nigam of stuff you now accuse me of not answering your question why I don't fly to India to get Dr. Nigam's HM treatment but I have answered it numerous times. Dr. Nigam appears to be growing some hair with HM but it's not sufficient regrowth for me to take trips to India over. I'm waiting to see if he can produce a breakthrough.

Arashi you complain that Dr. Nigam always tells us he has something new but that's not fair considering that we all want the medical community to come up with new treatments. In other words, he's doing what we want - we want new treatments and he's trying to do exactly that. Secondly, you are again coming off as a fortune-teller who is reading tea leaves or something because you are declaring Dr. Nigam's 3d spheroids a failure before he even uses 3d spheroids to treat even one patient. We need to wait to see what happens after Dr. Nigam treats a patient with these 3d spheroids before we make a judgement.

I think for now its official that Dr. Nigam is pretty good at hair follicle REMOVAL.

This is confusing on numerous levels:

1. You saying something does not make it "official."

2. All HT doctors REMOVE hair follicles from the donor region.

3. He's supposed to remove hairs (from the donor region) as part of a HT.

4. If you're saying that follicles die when Dr. Nigam does a HT that is not a big deal because follicles die when ALL HT surgeons do HTs

LOL, Nigam responded on that other forum. He said he's not posting here anymore, which I understand, he rather just post on a forum that he sponsors and bans everyone who presents facts of his misconduct.

Anyway like expected, he says Wesley has to wait 1 year to see result. Exactly what he said after 291 days for his failed 15 graft test. Everything will grow back in the end, for sure

Furthermore dear dr Nigam, it's not just me who claims Wesley surgery failed, it was the conclusion from an independent clinic who analysed his donor. In theory it's of course possible that it takes more than 4 months to see the first regrowth (though after my surgery at HASCI I had most of my hair back at 5 months and this is usually the case for hair surgery in general). And I talked to Wesley himself, he had some 'interesting' things to say about you and your clinic (but that's up to him to elaborate on that). Maybe that's why he's not answering you anymore... I understand you keep trying to do some damage control, but hopefully people will now at least keep from visiting you till we have some more info on Wesley's situation in a few months.

JarJarbinx doesn't want to see it and wants to live in his dreamworld where a weird wonder doctor from India who got caught lying and photoshopping tons of times and who isn't even a professor, possibly not even a real doctor, solved hairloss and succeeded where the real scientists all have failed. No point in arguing with this guy.

ill will waith 2 months before concluding the results of nigams work

4 months is maybe to early to see results

so 6 months postup is better to see what hairgrowth maybe comes

so ill keep you posted about my 6 month mark into this hairtransplant....
with this timezone we will have a better picture

First of all, as I've said before, I don't want donor-doubling. I'm waiting to see if Dr. Nigam can improve cell techniques/growth factor techniques to the point of heavy regrowth. Right now he's just getting modest regrowth. If he was regrowing a lot of hair I would buy my ticket in the next few months. I still need to get a passport but a passport costs a little bit of money and I don't want to spend the money unless/until Dr. Nigam improves the success rate and results of HM to the point that the treatment could be called a major breakthrough. He's working on it but he's not there yet.
