So I've posted something similar to this before but didn't get much help. I'm in need of a shampoo/conditioner whatever that will help me with my hair loss. I've heard nizoral suggested a lot but it looks pretty expensive for a tiny bottle. I'm afraid to do minox because I really want to avoid shedding. Any other options? I really want to get something effective soon.
Side note: Are there any vitamins that you have found to be effective for preventing hair loss? (e.g., hair skin and nails pills)
