Preparing for my 3rd FUE: Need recommendations on latest technologies

    Hi everyone,
It’s been a while since I last looked into hair transplants, and I’m hoping for some guidance from those more up-to-date on the latest advancements.
A bit about my journey so far: I’ve had two hair transplants in the past. My first was in Turkey nearly 10 years ago where I had about 4000 grafts, and the second was in the U.S. about five years ago with about 1500 grafts. The second one did help a lot, and last couple of years I have been really consistent with Minox and have seen the difference. I have been on Finax for an eternity too, however, my I’m in need of addressing some areas that were either untouched or need improvement.
    Specifically:
    • Crown Area: I’ve never had any work done here and would like to focus on it.
    • Front/Frontal Hairline: I’d also like to refine this area to improve overall density and appearance, as there is still major bags here.
I recall reading about some advancements where a solution can be applied to the donor/extraction site to allow extracted hair to regrow. Does anyone have more information on this, any research showing effectiveness, and which doctors might be using this?
Additionally, I’d love to know if there are any cutting-edge technologies that have emerged in the past three to four years, especially for those with limited donor supply. My donor area is unfortunately quite depleted after two procedures, and I don’t have strong facial hair to compensate either.
Finally, I’d appreciate recommendations for the best clinics in Asia for this procedure.
Thanks in advance for your advice!

For recommendations, look to the IAHRS.org to find someone in the area you'd like to go. As far as "technologies" go, it's best to ignore what is being talked about as new tech and focus on results from clinics you're investigating. How they get the results you like isn't so important because there are a lot of clinics doing the same thing with small differences that don't really matter in the end.
