This fellow had an unsatisfactory result from a local practice characterized by a sparse pluggy hairline. We trimmed back the previously placed grafts so that I could make recipient slits as close as possible to them, and then packed hair into the designated area. Although he is now at 1 year, I think he will likely thicken a bit more, as its common in repair cases for the usual growth clock to be running slower than with virgin heads. Pictures are day of surgery, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year.
